Brand guidelines
The Brickwise logos, colours and type, with plain guidance for partners, press and anyone putting our name beside theirs.
About Brickwise · short
Brickwise makes your property managers AI powered, so you can grow your portfolio without increasing headcount.
About Brickwise · longer
Brickwise makes your property managers AI powered. Alice is the AI that does the hard stuff for you, helping your team grow your portfolio without increasing headcount. She works with the systems you already use, taking care of the day-to-day work while your team stays in control.
Logos
Brickwise has two pieces of artwork: the wordmark, which is our logo, and the B mark, for small square spaces.
Wordmark
Use the wordmark by default. Black on light grounds, white on dark ones. Keep the supplied artwork's colours.
Light wordmark
On plain deep teal or ink backgrounds.
Standalone mark
For app icons, avatars and small square spaces where the wordmark won't fit. It's supplied as a raster on its own white square: keep the square.

Use the wordmark when there's room for it. The mark stands in for it; don't place the two side by side as a lockup.
Using the logo
A few habits keep the logo recognisable. These are guidance, not measured rules: when something isn't covered, ask.
Our partners
Working together for your team
Give it room
Keep surrounding text and graphics outside the dashed clear-space boundary shown here. Leave the height of the wordmark on every side as a guide.
100%
60%
Scale proportionally
The same artwork at 100% and 60%: width and height change together. Drag a corner handle with proportions locked; never stretch one dimension.
Choose clear contrast
Use plain dark or very light backgrounds with strong contrast. No red blocks or photography behind the logo.
Please don't
Each example below uses the real artwork, altered the way it shouldn't be.
Don't: Stretched or squashed
Don't: Recoloured
Don't: Rotated
Don't: Effects such as shadows or glows
Don't: Cropped or partly hidden
Don't: On a ground it can't be read against
Co-branding
When Brickwise appears beside another company, both logos should feel equal and distinct. These examples use a placeholder name; they aren't official lockups.
Partner name
Do: Similar optical size, aligned on a shared centre line, with a thin divider and generous space between.
Partner name
Don't: Crowded together, mismatched in size, or merged into one new logo.
Being able to download our logo doesn't mean Brickwise endorses a product, service or partnership. Before using it to suggest a relationship with us, or for anything unusual, please contact us.
Colours
Cream, ink and Brickwise red carry the brand. Deep teal gives it depth. Values come straight from our live design system.
