Brickwise

Configure Alice

This is where you make Alice yours. During setup, your Brickwise team configures Alice to match your management style — from how much she handles autonomously to how she communicates with your tenants. Everything is white-labeled to your brand.

Choose your automation level

Brickwise offers four levels of automation, and you can start at whichever level you're comfortable with. Most property managers begin with CRM or Front Desk AI, then increase automation as they see results.

  • CRM — Start with Brickwise as your property management hub. No AI. Learn more →
  • Front Desk AI — Alice answers calls and messages, but you approve all actions. Learn more →
  • Automatic Issue Processing — Alice handles issues end-to-end, from diagnosis to billing. Learn more →
  • Issue Assistance (HITL) — Add 24/7 human backup for issues Alice can't resolve alone. Learn more →

You can change your automation level at any time. Your Brickwise team can adjust it for you, or you can update it in the dashboard.

White-labeling

Alice operates entirely under your brand. Tenants will never see the name 'Brickwise' — every call, email, SMS, and WhatsApp message comes from your organisation's name. During setup, your Brickwise team configures:

  • Your organisation name for all communications
  • Your custom email domain (e.g., alice@yourcompany.com)
  • Your dedicated phone number for calls, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Your preferred greeting and sign-off style

Communication preferences

Configure how Alice communicates with your tenants and team:

  • Preferred channels for tenant communication (email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice)
  • Response tone and style guidelines
  • Escalation rules — when Alice should flag an issue for your review
  • Notification preferences — how and when you want to be updated on issue progress

Contractor preferences

If you have preferred contractors, share their details during setup. Alice will prioritise your preferred contractors when sourcing quotes and scheduling repairs. You can also let Alice find contractors from our network.

What happens next

Once Alice is configured, you're almost ready to go live. The final step is running through the Go Live Checklist to test everything before your tenants start interacting with Alice.
