Integrate Your Properties & Tenants

Brickwise works alongside your existing property management system. Whether you use Buildium, AgentOS, Arthur, Propertyware, or another PMS, we integrate with your setup so Alice has the property and tenant data she needs to work on your behalf.

How integration works

Brickwise can either be your CRM or it can integrate with the tools you already use — the choice is up to you. Either way, Alice needs access to your property and tenant information so she can communicate with tenants, manage issues, and coordinate with contractors under your brand.

There are two ways to get connected:

Connect your PMS — If you're using an existing property management system, your Brickwise team can integrate directly. We'll sync your properties, units, tenants, landlords, and lease details so everything stays in one place.
Import your data — If you're not using a PMS, or prefer to start fresh, simply share your data in whatever format you have — a spreadsheet, a document, or an export from your current system. Your Brickwise team converts it into the right format and imports everything for you.

What data does Alice need?

Properties — Addresses, unit details (names, bedroom/bathroom count, size)
Landlords — Names and contact information (email, phone)
Tenants — Names, contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp), and lease information (unit, lease dates, rent amount)
Any extras — Access instructions, property notes, communication history, or open issues (helpful but optional)

What your Brickwise team handles

You don't need to restructure or clean your data. Share it in whatever format you have and your Brickwise team will:

Review and map your data to the Brickwise format
Import properties, units, landlords, and tenants
Link tenants to their correct properties and leases
Flag anything that needs your input or clarification

You verify

Once everything is imported, review your portfolio in the dashboard — confirm property details, check tenant contact info, and verify lease information. Once you're happy, Alice is ready to start working.

Data privacy

Your property and tenant data is handled securely throughout the process. Brickwise is fully GDPR-compliant, with encryption at rest and in transit. Only authorised team members can access your data.
