About Rent Manager
Rent Manager traces back to 1982, when founder Dave Hegemann built the original version on an Apple IIe to manage his own family's property. London Computer Systems, the company behind it, incorporated in 1987 and has been building Rent Manager since 1988. It is headquartered in Cincinnati, and the name comes from London, Ohio, where it started.
Today it runs in all 50 US states and several international markets, used across portfolios from around 100 units to 50,000 plus, spanning multifamily, single family, short term stay and commercial. It ships with 150 plus integrations and fully customisable reporting, rather than a closed, one-size-fits-all system.
